She was eager to discuss the wedding day coverage for her upcoming nuptials in sunny South Florida in 2024. What’s intriguing is that Katia isn’t just your average bride-to-be; she’s deeply embedded in the industry herself. She’s been working alongside various creatives, offering her expertise in social media management and administrative support. Now, when someone from within the creative realm extends an invitation for me to document their special day, it stirs up a whirlwind of emotions—excitement, certainly, but maybe a hint of intimidation too. She shared that her and Carlos had picked The Bishop Museum to hold their union and it got me even more excited and eager to shoot their day!

By skipping the getting-ready portion, we had more time to explore the museum’s stunning surroundings, finding unique spots for portraits and group shots. It was a testament to their laid-back yet thoughtful approach to their wedding day, prioritizing genuine connections and cherished moments over staged formalities.

As we wandered through the museum, laughter and smiles filled the air, echoing the couple’s infectious joy and love. After portraits and ceremony, we transitioned into the most lowkey, joy-filled reception filled with coffee from Storii Coffee Cart, a mexican food buffet, and musical chairs!
