At The Onorato Collective, we believe your wedding photography and videography experience should feel warm, seamless, and deeply personal. Every step of our process is intentionally crafted so you feel cared for, confident, and fully present from start to finish.

01. Inquiry
Your journey begins with a heartfelt inquiry through our website. Once we receive your message, we’ll respond with availability, detailed collection information, and next steps. We value clear communication and want you to feel supported from the very first interaction.
06. Gallery Delivery
Within 4–6 weeks, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated online gallery filled with timeless, emotive imagery. Every photograph is carefully edited to reflect our signature refined style while honoring the authenticity of your story.
02. Consultation Call
Next, we’ll hop on a relaxed consultation call to truly connect. We want to hear your story, your vision, and what matters most to you as you plan your wedding. If you decide you'd like to move forward, we will send over a contract for you! In order to reserve your date, we require an 850 dollar retainer.
03. Engagement Session
Your engagement session is one of our favorite parts of the process. It’s an opportunity to slow down, spend time together, and create beautiful imagery that feels natural and reflective of your relationship. We’ll gently guide you while also leaving space for genuine interaction—so when your wedding day arrives, you feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera.
04. Planning Call
As your wedding approaches, we’ll schedule a detailed planning call to walk through your timeline, locations, design elements, and meaningful details. We collaborate closely with your planner to ensure everything flows effortlessly. Our detail-oriented approach allows you to relax knowing nothing is overlooked.
05. Wedding Day
When your day arrives, we show up calm, prepared, and fully present. We’ll offer direction when needed and step back when the moment calls for it—capturing the quiet glances, joyful tears, and in-between interactions that make your celebration uniquely yours. Our heart is for you to truly live your day while we preserve it with care.
How many images will I receive?
We proudly deliver an unlimited number of images from your wedding day, thoughtfully curated into a refined gallery of your very best moments. For a standard celebration, couples can expect approximately 800–1,200 beautifully edited images that tell the full story with intention, artistry, and care.
Who is shooting my wedding day?
Hannah and I both serve as lead photographers for The Onorato Collective, each bringing our own refined perspective while maintaining a seamless, cohesive experience for our couples. Some celebrations we photograph side by side, while others we lead independently alongside one of our trusted second photographers—ensuring every wedding is documented with the same elevated artistry and intentional care. Your wedding day team will be clearly communicated to you prior to signing a contract.
How do I reserve my date?
To officially reserve your wedding date with The Onorato Collective, we require a signed contract and a 15% retainer. This secures your place on our calendar and allows us to begin crafting a thoughtfully tailored, elevated experience designed exclusively for you. We accept a limited number of celebrations each year to ensure every couple receives our full attention and artistry.
How would you describe your style?
Our style is rooted in refined storytelling—an artful, documentary approach that captures your day as it naturally unfolds. We are drawn to honest emotion, effortless movement, and true-to-life tones that feel both elevated and authentic. Alongside digital imagery, we incorporate film photography to introduce a timeless, nostalgic flair—adding depth, texture, and an heirloom quality to your wedding gallery.
Wedding Collection Details:
We create custom proposals for each and every one of our couples because no two celebrations are the same! Most couples invest 5.5K-8K for photo and 10K-15K for photo and video.
